Every month our kitchen and bar staff join forces, for what we call, “The Cocktial Connection”. A monthly changing cocktail accompanied by a small seasonal dish.
By continuously working together, mixing and matching flavors and going off the beaten track whenever possible, a unique bond arises between kitchen and bar. To signify this bond we named it “The Cocktail Connection”.
Our way of working is also showcased by our friends at World Class. Their advocacy for sustainability and better drinking, brings together bartenders and chefs all around the globe. Here and in their trainings, ideas are exchanged in order to develop and better ourselves. To make ourselves, our cocktails, our dishes and “connections” truly: World Class.
