The duo behind this culinary treat are head chefs Michiel van der Eerde and Arnout van der Kolk. Both have had more than enough experience working at star restaurants. Michiel also owns restaurant BAUT Paradijs and earned his stripes at Hoefslag, Bokkedoorns, Oudsluis, and the Amstel Hotel. Arnout was a former sous chef at Ciel Blue ** (Okura) and refined his culinary talent at well- known restaurants like Oud Sluis, Aan de Poel, and Envy.
